This ports OpenAdaptAI/openadapt-desktop#210 into packages/desktop with git am -3 --directory=packages/desktop. Authorship and the commit message are unchanged.

One face: --font-heading switches to the sans, matching OpenAdapt Cloud and the phone decision card. It is one revertible constant (--font-heading plus --fw-heading) in src/styles/tokens.css. Page titles are 28px, and cards drop their shadow. The vendored canonical tokens don't change.
One noun: user-facing copy says "workflow" instead of "task". Only string literals and JSX text change; identifiers, routes, ids and test ids don't. The primary button reads "Record a workflow", and the nav reads Workflows · Needs you · Results.
src/lib/approvalMode.ts and src/screens/NeedsYou.tsx are left alone because the Fix atomacos in requirements.txt #206 port changes them; their wording follows after that port lands.

Release: the commit is a style: commit, so the desktop release-intent check doesn't require a bump. If the founder wants these looks to ship, add a bump with scripts/prepare_release.py at merge time.

Tests: in the original repo, vitest passed (344/344) and so did npm run build. Here, the path-filtered desktop CI runs them; I didn't run them locally to save disk. The name guard and gitleaks found nothing.

What changed

Headings switch from the serif to the sans on every screen, so the app has one typeface.
"Task" becomes "workflow" in visible text. The nav reads Workflows · Needs you · Results, and the Home button reads "Record a workflow" instead of "Show OpenAdapt a new task".
The welcome headline reads "Hand off the last step of a workflow", and its cards say "workflow".
Page titles are 28 px and cards lose their shadow.
Needs you changes only through the shared nav and heading font; its own wording waits for the feat(approval): show who decided each save openadapt-desktop#206 port, as the PR says.

Left is before, right is after. Click an image to open it at full size. Shot locally with npm run dev and the synthetic fixtures in packages/desktop/scripts/cockpit-fixtures.mjs, with the same stand-in Tauri host as scripts/capture-cockpit-previews.mjs. No engine, account, recording or real data. The desktop app has one theme (light, data-theme="paper"), so there is no dark set.
