Draft for looks review. Do not merge. First of two stacked PRs; the second is feat/calm-desktop-journey.

  • One face: --font-heading flips to the sans, matching OpenAdapt Cloud and the phone decision card (feat(portal): one calm decision card on the phone (light and dark) #208). It is one revertible constant (--font-heading plus --fw-heading) in src/styles/tokens.css. Page titles 28px; cards drop their shadow. Vendored canonical tokens unchanged (npm run tokens:check passes).
  • One noun: user-facing copy says "workflow" instead of "task" (string literals and JSX text only; identifiers, routes, ids and test ids unchanged). The primary button reads "Record a workflow"; the nav reads Workflows · Needs you · Results.
  • src/lib/approvalMode.ts and src/screens/NeedsYou.tsx are left alone because feat(approval): show who decided each save #206 is in those files; their wording follows after feat(approval): show who decided each save #206 lands.

Tests: vitest 344/344, npm run build (tsc + vite) passes.

- --font-heading flips to the sans (one revertible constant, with --fw-heading), matching OpenAdapt Cloud and the phone decision portal. Page titles 28px; cards drop their shadow.
- User-facing copy says 'workflow' instead of 'task' (string literals and JSX text only; identifiers, routes, ids and test ids unchanged). The primary button reads 'Record a workflow'.
- Tests updated to the new wording.

Moved to the OpenAdapt monorepo (packages/desktop): OpenAdaptAI/OpenAdapt#1309, for the founder's visual review. Closing it here, because any merge in this repository publishes to PyPI.
