Draft for looks review. Do not merge. Stacked on #210.

• Check it: finished parts fold to their title so the open question stands out; saving steps that check the record the same way say it once (it was repeated per step); the last part is "Approve this workflow" and says it is approved once, then stops only when something doesn't match.
• Watch it run: "Run it" and "Replay the recording" instead of "Run with safety gates" and "Replay"; no "Execute" eyebrow; outcome pills in words (Done and checked, Ran to the end, Ready for real items); contract labels Right record / Screen checks / Read-back; "App type" and a plain target sentence; no mono on the progress head.
• Steps view and Qualification: "Checked / Not checked" instead of "Armed / Not armed"; plain column names.
• Results: shorter subtitle; the data-handling note moves to the fine print.

Phone portal files (#208/#209) and the files in #206/#207 are untouched. Desktop Needs you already uses the phone's labels and emphasis rule.

Tests: vitest 344/344 (test strings updated for the new wording), npm run build passes. Screenshots captured with the repo's fixture script at 1280.
