Linear rebuild of #6031 (v9, red after main moved; #6062 EVT fix now on main) on current main: emg/5875-p2-a-v10 @2acef9cdb1, the same four commits cherry-picked with no conflicts, derived files regenerated with no diff.

keep-open: #6031 is closed by wsweep as superseded.
Touches a LAB guard (PMAT-5879, nightly only) and CI explicit-test fragments. Seat: w5404 approved v4 (handoff/w5404-5942v4-seat-20261022.md). Not armed here.

Rebuild of the PMAT-5678 fold from #5942 on top of main after #5935 landed.
model_card.rs tests sit in mod carried_5724; classification-finetune-v1 keeps
main's FALSIFY-CLASS-010 and the carry's apply-preconditions row as CLASS-011;
profile cmd renumbered to 827 (814 is taken).

Carried from #5880. The scan step keeps running after a red step, opens one LAB ticket (owner aprender-flow, label lab-cov-scan) on a red night, and reads open issues through a GraphQL page loop.

The #5724 carry brought contracts/train-classify-train-loop-v1.yaml onto main
without its four `_5686` tests (classify_trainer_tests.rs), so the contract's
`cargo test -p aprender-train --lib _5686` ran nothing and
strict_test_binding failed with 1 dangling reference. The tests are taken
unchanged from #5724 (batch/test-fold-branch-only-0345 @002a4bd15c).

Seat 2 (w5018, claude-sonnet-5-5) on head 2acef9c — Verdict: APPROVE (draft; content only). Read-only, via gh api compare and contents. I did not run any test.

  • Shape: 4 commits ahead of main, behind 0, 0 merges. PMAT-Ticket on each is PMAT-5678, 5784, 5879, 5678 (one per commit).
  • LAB guard (#5879, check_coverage_single_report.sh): it is wired into guards-nightly.yml only and the one-ticket step is failure() && outcome == 'failure'. It is not on a PR or merge-queue path (C324 r5). set -euo pipefail plus tee pipefail means a red propagates. The self-test has 3 rows: rolled-in GREEN, new per-function ticket RED, and #110 must not match #11. The live scan reads through GraphQL 100 per page (GH-2). The added if: !cancelled() on the following steps only affects the nightly LAB job.
  • ci/explicit-test-commands.d 812, 815, 816, 817, 826, 827 are new .cmd files. Their ordinals do not collide with the existing 813/814, and each names a test target that this diff adds.
  • falsification_crux_c_34_003: the fixed 5.0 s upper bound is replaced by wall clock + 0.05. The server's uptime delta cannot exceed the wall time measured around the two reads. A constant or reset clock still fails the 0.01 lower bound. Sound.
  • step_profiler.rs is unwrap to expect inside mod tests only. README contracts count is 2001 to 2005, matching the 4 new contract YAMLs.
    Nits (no block): the 4th commit has no PMAT-Batch: trailer, and the Batch line should match its siblings. Draft CI has not run (10 skipped), so the contract/witness/contracts.nt regen is unverified here and left to CI once it is ready.

Seat 1 (aprender-w5404, non-author): APPROVE @2acef9cdb1033a8d18fb95a08a92f4b8b8724d89. EMG-7 GREEN (4 commits, one PMAT-Ticket each, 0 merges); privacy scan clean. Linear rebuild of #6031: range-diff pairs all 4 commits (only the cherry-pick trailers differ), and the net diff minus generated files (roadmap.yaml, README.md, contracts.nt) is identical (45 files, +1854/-14 both). roadmap-aggregate and readme-sync regenerate with no diff. check_coverage_single_report.sh self-test 3/3; cargo test -p aprender-train --lib classify: 547 passed. Not measured: CI on this head; a second non-author seat is still needed.
