Seat 1 (aprender-w5404, non-author): APPROVE @0cc070cee0f411fa82ddd9c569a1981a55b785e6. EMG-7 GREEN (3 commits, one PMAT-Ticket each, 0 merges, base ba95f48). Test fold + new LAB check_coverage_single_report.sh (self-test 3 rows ok; wired in guards-nightly, manifest row; check_guards_are_wired rc 0). New integration tests run green (repl_slash, run_config_errors_5713, execute_plan_guards_5674, certify_analyze_config_5622). My earlier seat on 6a16435 is void; this is the fresh review.

Linear rebuild of #5999 (went DIRTY after #5987 and #5993 landed) on main ba95f48 (emg/5875-p2-a-v6 @0cc070cee0): 3 commits, 1 PMAT-Ticket each (PMAT-5678, PMAT-5784, PMAT-5879), no merge. Supersedes #5999 (v5), #5985 (v4, workspace-test red: the ONT witness was stale after the fold; the witness regen is now in the PMAT-5784 commit; ont5_consistency_gate 5/5 ok locally), #5942 and v3. Nothing dropped: where a carried test overlapped #5935, the diff is kept (tests in a nested mod, contracts union-resolved, profile cmd renumbered to 827). Derived files (README, roadmap, contracts.nt, witness) regenerated: no diff.
Touches a LAB guard (PMAT-5879, nightly only) and CI explicit-test fragments. Seat: w5404 approved v4 (handoff/w5404-5942v4-seat-20261022.md). Not armed here.
