Description

Validate the existing roadmap as planning and preserve unchecked runtime delivery. Clarify shared readiness atomicity versus caller persistence, standalone decision context versus optional workflow budgets, and current active inventory. Preserve completed #756/#761/#767 evidence with its actual original scope.

Type of Change

  • Documentation and planning

Contract-First Testing Evidence

Planning inspection uses the released immutable Requirements provider; it claims no future execution. Actual implementation remains spec → tests → real failing-before evidence → code → passing evidence and normal release/signature gates.

Validation

Signed head 1da607befd46ffc2d61fec6ba6264af914930b0d follows signed #743 4d1e7429 and signed #719 57f51829 on protected c6af68a0. Strict touched specifications, docs, normal signed hooks and direct planned Requirements pass: eight sources, planned maturity, no findings. Full native cumulative selection also includes workflow planning and independently authenticates root proof/authority. #719 current-head CI/review are green with no unresolved findings.

The independent Code Review consumer correctly rejects a planning receipt as non-final execution proof. The prepared protective fix retains full protected-dev review scope and supplies genuine authenticated root final proof separately. Exact owner mapping acceptance, authored/native proof and protected integration remain pending; this PR is not yet ready to merge. No gate, signature, source trust, pin or threshold is weakened.

Scope and Checklist

  • Preserve planning scope and completed prior work
  • Keep runtime tasks unchecked and signed compatibility prerequisites explicit
  • Fix readiness/persistence, budget and inventory review findings with local verification
  • Signed current-parent branch history and verified-head owner grants
  • Final current-head required native/CI checks and completed review with no findings

Native stack #759: dev ← #719 ← #743 ← #751. All three remain unmerged. #483 remains Todo; modules #481 owns its signed Requirements contract and core #740 separately owns R09 policy cutover already on the parent, outside this delta. Revalidate exact paired readiness before runtime implementation. Archive only after actual delivery. Rollback uses captured heads with exact lease protection and regenerated proof.

📝 Summary

User-visible behavior and CLI surface

  • No CLI commands, options, defaults, or runtime behavior change in this planning and documentation update.
  • The upstream-format proposal plans versioned profile recognition and atomic, offline import. Unsupported profiles should receive actionable diagnostics, and failed validation should preserve existing imported state.
  • Decision context, architecture inputs, assurance binding, and attestation export remain optional. They do not block lean delivery.

Contract/API impact

  • No public functions, Pydantic models, or module package boundaries change.
  • OpenSpec proposals add planned contracts for RequirementDecisionContext with a separate digest that preserves legacy plan hashes; conservative upstream compatibility; architecture evidence association; optional context-bound assurance; and optional digest-bound attestation export.
  • Ownership remains split across repositories: Core owns shared parsing, profile, and contract definitions; Modules owns command persistence and signed runtime acceptance.
  • These are planning changes. They do not implement runtime contracts or close delivery issues.

Testing and quality gates

  • The author reports strict OpenSpec validation passed for eight touched active changes. Staged Requirements evidence checks and applicable pre-commit hooks also passed.
  • No runtime contract tests, hatch run contract-test, or RED/GREEN evidence are reported. Code-review and contract hooks were skipped because no applicable code targets changed.
  • R07/R08 baseline YAML blockers were formatted with parsed-value equality checks; historical acceptance and lifecycle semantics remain unchanged.
  • Review finding counts are unavailable from the supplied evidence.

OpenSpec and release touchpoints

  • Adds roadmap and validation documentation, updates openspec/CHANGE_ORDER.md, and amends architecture, governance evidence-output, preflight assurance/conformance, upstream-format compatibility, and decision-context changes.
  • No docs/ or CHANGELOG touchpoint is reported.
  • No module signing change or version bump is included. The validation report records the GitHub-signed commit flow; local GPG was unavailable.
📝 Summary
📝 Summary

Walkthrough

This PR updates OpenSpec roadmaps, proposals, designs, requirements, evidence mappings, and validation records. It defines planned work for architecture inputs, decision context, attestation export, and upstream format compatibility. The changes are planning-only and do not implement runtime behavior.

Changes

Roadmap and planning validation

Layer / File(s) Summary
Roadmap scope and delivery order
openspec/AGENTIC_SDLC_ROADMAP.md, openspec/CHANGE_ORDER.md
The roadmap and change order record workstream order, ownership, dependencies, evidence boundaries, acceptance limits, and the stated next implementation step.
Planning validation and evidence records
openspec/AGENTIC_SDLC_VALIDATION.md, openspec/changes/archive/2026-08-30-requirements-08-bounded-red-green-proof/*, openspec/changes/requirements-07-runtime-proof-delivery/requirements-evidence.yaml
The validation report records planning checks and pending runtime work. Existing evidence mappings are reformatted without changing their requirement content or verification cases.
Optional architecture inputs and evidence association
openspec/changes/architecture-01-solution-layer/*
The requirements describe optional imported architecture context, preserved source identity, and missing evidence as UNKNOWN or not evaluated rather than proof of absent behavior.
Import Linter dependency evidence
openspec/changes/architecture-02-well-architected-review/*
The planned Python analyzer consumes maintained Import Linter results, preserves source and rule identity, associates findings with boundaries, and reports incomplete or unavailable extraction as UNKNOWN.
Decision context identity and evidence
openspec/changes/requirements-11-decision-context/*
The requirements define typed decision records, source identity, a separate decision digest, and the distinction between imported assertions and assurance authority.
Optional decision-context seal binding
openspec/changes/preflight-01-design-contract-core/*
The amendment allows selected assurance policies to bind decision-context digests and sources to a seal while preserving legacy plan hashes and treating imported approval strings as assertions.
Policy-selected context conformance
openspec/changes/preflight-05-implementation-conformance/*
The planned conformance rules bind context to cache and obligation selection, define stale, UNKNOWN, and FAIL outcomes, and retain advisory treatment for ordinary unresolved assumptions.
Digest-bound attestation contract
openspec/changes/governance-01-evidence-output/design.md, proposal.md, requirements-evidence.yaml, specs/governance-evidence-output/spec.md, tasks.md
The export requirement binds a digest-addressed evidence bundle and original reports, reuses existing signing and verification, and specifies rejection cases for tampering, subject mismatch, and unauthorized signers.
Non-normative OSCAL research boundary
openspec/changes/governance-01-evidence-output/research/*, specs/governance-evidence-output/oscal-trace-delta.md
The OSCAL draft is retained as historical research, and the former normative trace and artifact-hash requirements are removed.
Pinned profiles and atomic import
openspec/changes/requirements-10-upstream-format-compatibility/*
The requirements and design specify fixture identity, effective-profile support rules, extension handling, offline validation before persistence, and preservation of imported state on failure.

Clarify who owns atomic import persistence, cover parse failures in the planned scenario, and wrap the remaining overlong line. These bounded documentation issues do not establish a runtime failure, but should be addressed before the planning contracts are relied on.

nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules

Inspected the open PR #494 branch at 13ea463—not the default branch.

  • openspec/AGENTIC_SDLC_ROADMAP.md:17–19,69 pairs Core #749 with Modules #490 for upstream profiles, and Core #750 with Modules #491 for decision context. Both are additive and do not block lean delivery; the separate workflow sequence is signed #481 → signed #483 → Core #742 adoption. The roadmap explicitly says planning is not runtime evidence. [::nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules::]
  • The module-side proposals align with the PR’s contract boundaries: openspec/changes/requirements-10-upstream-format-compatibility/proposal.md:9,30,47 specifies pinned Spec Kit fixtures and defers adoption until the compatible Core contract; openspec/changes/requirements-11-decision-context/proposal.md:9,48 defines the versioned context and pairs it with Core #750. Their evidence files state implementation and signed producer acceptance remain pending. [::nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules::]
  • The roadmap records that #742 is tracked but its workflow proposal was absent from the fetched Core dev base (openspec/AGENTIC_SDLC_ROADMAP.md:8–9). This is consistent with the supplied PR context that its approved amendment is recorded here rather than replacing another branch’s files. [::nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules::]

## Summary

The agentic SDLC roadmap previously mixed lean validation, optional
assurance, ecosystem delivery and broader architecture work. This change
records a bounded delivery sequence, preserves #481/#483 as the lean
foundation and defines independently reviewable compatibility,
decision-context, workflow-integration and calibration follow-ups.

Refs: #490, #491, #492, #493; amendments to #483, #164, #230, #431, #434
and #169. These stories remain open; this PR delivers planning only.
Paired core contract stories: nold-ai/specfact-cli#749 and
nold-ai/specfact-cli#750.

## Scope and bundle impact

- OpenSpec roadmap, proposals, acceptance deltas, planning evidence and
task ordering.
- Optional decision context, producer identity and shared bounded-loop
budgets remain separate from lean reconciliation prerequisites.
- Architecture scope consumes approved boundaries and existing
analyzers. Evidence export uses in-toto Statement v1/SCAI v0.3 while
retaining native report limitations.
- Statistical sample gates are explicitly operational; they do not prove
a 1% false-block population rate.

No bundle source, manifest, registry, command or runtime changes; no
version bump or module publication. Implementation tasks remain
unchecked. #481 has owner-authorized takeover in a separate clean
worktree.

## Validation evidence

- Strict OpenSpec validation: all 10 touched changes passed.
- Staged Requirements planning-evidence gate: passed, proposal-only.
- Existing documentation tests: 20 passed.
- Applicable staged pre-commit hooks: passed, including module signature
applicability, format, manifest YAML, import boundaries, generated
command contracts and documentation accountability.
- Code analysis/contract execution: inapplicable to this
Markdown/YAML-only surface; explicit scope exception recorded in
openspec/AGENTIC_SDLC_VALIDATION.md. Runtime stories retain their
required fresh review and TDD gates.
- GitHub metadata: six new cross-repository stories have
parent/type/labels/assignee/project metadata; required native dependency
edges verified in both directions.
- Commit signature: GitHub signed and valid; remote tree exactly matched
the checked staged index. Local GPG remained unavailable.

## Rollout and review

Review the roadmap and formal acceptance deltas before implementation.
Planning does not close delivery issues or establish installed-pair
acceptance. Revert this planning commit to restore the prior roadmap. CI
results remain separate from the local evidence above.

- [x] Self-review completed
- [x] Backward-compatibility and rollout constraints documented
- [x] No runtime completion claimed

Paired core planning PR:
nold-ai/specfact-cli#751

## Review triage and corrections — 2026-10-05

Both unresolved findings were independently confirmed and corrected in
[signed commit
15e0edb](15e0edb).
The original ask-decide-challenge amendment remains intact.

| Finding | Severity | Disposition |
|---|---|---|
| Allow missing requirement associations in imported architecture
documents. | Major | Preserve present IDs; report absent associations as
missing evidence without rejecting import. |
| Submit and review the implementation PR before publication. | Minor |
Complete PR review/integration before signed publication and
installed-pair handoff. |

Strict OpenSpec validation passed for both affected changes; staged
planning-evidence and all applicable pre-commit hooks passed; 20
documentation tests passed. The pushed commit signature is valid and its
tree exactly matched the checked index. No behavior, RED/GREEN,
installed-pair or runtime delivery evidence is claimed. New-head
CI/reviewer status remains separate.

Paired follow-up: core PR #751's architecture data-model scenario still
has the same mandatory-ID wording at inspection time; align it before
runtime adoption. This review pass changes only PR #494.

💡 Codex Review

if cmd_name in CORE_NAMES and not _is_builtin_module_package(package_dir):
logger.warning("Module '%s' cannot extend permanent core command '%s'.", meta.name, cmd_name)
continue

P2 Badge Authorize core commands against the effective built-in root

When SPECFACT_REPO_ROOT points to a checkout or worktree different from the package that supplied module_packages.py, get_modules_root() deliberately discovers built-ins under that checkout, but this guard compares them with the import-time BUILTIN_MODULES_ROOT. Consequently all three legitimate core packages are treated as external and init, module, and upgrade are omitted. Derive the trusted root from the same effective root used by discovery rather than the static package location.

- [ ] 3.2 Integrate only released supported producer interfaces; keep external side effects opt-in and share #483 budgets instead of adding a repair controller.

P2 Badge Keep decision-context implementation independent of #483

This task couples the #750 decision-context contract to #483's repair budgets even though the roadmap schedules #750 before #483 and states that compatibility/context can progress independently while only context-bound workflow integration is optional (openspec/AGENTIC_SDLC_ROADMAP.md, lines 17–25). Following these tasks before #483 ships therefore either blocks the standalone parsing/digest contract or pulls a later repair controller into this change; limit this task to the additive context interfaces and leave budget sharing to the later workflow integration.

- Line 21: Clarify the design dependency wording around the shared
readiness/import contracts: state that #648 provides atomic readiness results
and source preservation, while this change defines caller-level persistence that
commits only after profile, parse, and readiness succeed. Update the existing
failure scenario to include parse validation alongside profile and readiness
validation; leave the other design wording unchanged.

Linked repositories findings

nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules

Inspected detached HEAD 15e0edb (docs: fix architecture association and adapter release review findings), not the default branch.

  • The roadmap explicitly pairs Core #749 with Modules #490 and Core #750 with Modules #491. Both require released shared Core contracts before module consumption and do not block lean delivery. [::nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules::]
  • The module proposals confirm these are planning-only: no runtime, registry, manifest, or version changes are intended now. Future implementation must consume released Core contracts and publish signed module artifacts. [::nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules::]
  • packages/specfact-requirements/module-package.yaml:1–23 currently declares version 0.5.1, core_compatibility: '>=0.53.1,<1.0.0', and signed integrity metadata. Any future #490/#491 contract adoption will therefore require coordinated compatibility/version and checksum/signature updates; this PR does not make those changes. [::nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules::]
  • The workflow adapter contract requires compatible signed module/Core identities and states that Spec Kit hook acceptance waits for the exact supported profile; current-run workflow integration waits for signed #483, which itself waits for #481. [::nold-ai/specfact-cli-modules::]

# Description

**Current phase: ready for owner integration approval.** The production
helper/workflow and independent regression tests are present. Native
authored RED is retained from signed 684b8f9 (run 38182359051); final
execution, CI and review must pass on the current signed head before
integration.

Validate deferred planning layers above an unchanged, verified runtime
root in a native GitHub stack. The current aggregate gate applies one
runtime acceptance to unrelated planning proposals; this fix
authenticates inherited proof and evaluates the additional planning
without relabeling it as implementation.

**Fixes** #760

**OpenSpec**:
[requirements-planning-stack-boundary](https://github.com/nold-ai/specfact-cli/tree/codex/bugfix-planning-stack-proof/openspec/changes/requirements-planning-stack-boundary).

**Contract References**: Protected native stack ancestry, exact signed
root, immutable successful required check/workflow identities, unchanged
inherited sources, independent context/plan parity. The bootstrap
remains stdlib-only under Python `-I -S`.

## Contract-First Testing Evidence

Specification precedes authored tests and genuine baseline failures.
Owner djm81 accepted mapping
`sha256:61488846c84633e69d586fb818aed1be6cca123cf05e821406fdbdbfdbbb91b4`.
Its five exact selectors fail against protected dev 4e7c38c with no
collection errors, passes or skips. Native authored RED run 38182359051
reconciles with no findings and five genuine failures, zero
errors/skips. The unmodified provenance verifier accepts those immutable
test bytes across the final implementation history. Historical final
head 0c682d4 passed all required CI, all three native Requirements
stages (38182972729), and authority (38182972823, attempt 2). Final
review then required protecting both proof-producing workflow paths.
Historical signed 11342fd passes all required CI and all three native
Requirements stages (38183652125), plus authority (38183652143, attempt
2). Fresh review identified the missing scoped check-read capability.
Current signed final aeaaaf8 declares checks: read independently in all
three consumers, retaining every other read-only scope and all proof
checks. Its producer, independent execution and final verdict all pass
in native run 38184362859 with no findings; exact-head authority passes
in run 38184362851. Signed final 2a20510 only wraps TDD line breaks;
all validated workflow/code/test Git blobs stay identical. All required
checks, CodeRabbit and native/authority gates pass on this final head;
no review threads remain unresolved. GitHub reports CLEAN. Final native
run: 38185320112; authority run: 38185320108, attempt 2.

## How Has This Been Tested?

Real CLI and isolated Git objects exercise full-proof fallback for
runtime, test, CI, delivery, executable, symlink, type-change and
inherited-source mutations. Independent GitHub fixtures exercise
missing, failed, stale, foreign, forged, paginated and mismatched root
proof. Current candidate: 55 focused security/ancestry/workflow controls
pass, including the exact four-scope read-only permission contract for
each consumer. Historical 0c682d4 full suite passed 3,305 tests, nine
disclosed skips and two existing dependency warnings in 185.58 seconds
(64% coverage). Historical two-workflow protection full suite passes
3,307 tests, nine disclosed skips and two existing dependency warnings
in 182.76 seconds (64% coverage). The permission-corrected final suite
passes 3,310 tests, nine disclosed skips and two existing dependency
warnings in 201.55 seconds (64% coverage). Final code/test Git blobs
match aeaaaf8; no gate thresholds changed. Two stale-root controls
genuinely failed before the current-protected-object fix; an unrelated
protected docs update remains eligible. Existing promotion, archive,
protected materialization, context equality and plan equality assertions
remain required.

Read-only live stack #759 prototype independently authenticates both
planning children. The unchanged released Requirements provider
validates #743/#751 at planned maturity, without acceptance or
future-execution claims. This is local prototype evidence; hosted
adoption remains pending.

### Test Environment

Isolated macOS worktree, CPython 3.12.13, frozen uv graph. Hosted Python
3.11–3.13 wheel/runtime matrix, native execution, member authority and
all required checks remain merge blocking.

## Checklist

- [x] Genuine owner acceptance for the exact mapping
- [x] Spec → tests → actual RED → local implementation
- [x] Frozen lock/export parity, all audits, trust/licenses, strict
signatures, version/PyPI, lint/type errors, workflow checks, Bandit and
Semgrep
- [x] No introduced review findings against independently measured
protected baseline
- [x] Signed native authored RED with unchanged exact test bytes
- [x] Final current-head native execution
- [x] Final hosted checks, code review and thread closure
- [ ] Owner authorization to merge the concrete green prerequisite PR

## Quality Gates Status

Protected dev/main still supplies verifier and helper bytes. Every
consumer independently authenticates exact signed inherited Requirements
and authority success before selecting root-to-child regular
non-executable OpenSpec planning paths. Root runtime/test/delivery and
root-covered sources stay unchanged. Both named proof-producing
workflows and all local-action objects must match the current live
protected base even when that commit advanced beyond the root merge
base. Missing or stale proof fails closed; unsupported changes retain
full proof.

No provider pins, signature rules, acceptance requirements, thresholds
or required checks are weakened. Candidate code cannot authorize its own
planning scope. Final publication synchronizes the 0.55.7 bugfix
artifacts and separates security from ordinary fixes in the changelog.

## Stack and Rollback

This prerequisite targets dev independently. Once reviewed, green and
owner-authorized for integration, restack native #759 (`dev ← #719 ←
#743 ← #751`) and regenerate actual authored/final proof and coherent
later security patch metadata. Leave those three PRs unmerged.

Rollback restores the coherent protected helper/workflow pair and
captured branch heads with force-with-lease, returning unsupported
children to the full existing gate. Existing protected requirements and
promotion authority remain enforced.

# Description

Fix native-stack Requirements execution that rejects valid planning
children before reconciliation. Native CI exposes `dev` as the review
base even when the planning parent is newer. Anchor protected proof
ancestry to the immutable review base, and independently require
authenticated planning ancestry to reach the candidate. Validate both
commit identities explicitly.

**Contract References**: Root identity, successful check/run
authentication, protected control-object equality, signatures, member
authority, closed planning scope and complete plan/context equality
remain enforced. No provider pin, maturity rule, required gate or
threshold is changed. The two direct ancestry checks keep distinct
purposes explicit without introducing another helper or bypass path.

## Contract-First Testing Evidence

Protected baseline: `c4ee5be8457f69848bf9bc2150ebc3df56b52d4f` after
#761. Signed spec `6e5c7c6f` precedes signed authored `064040e0` and
signed implementation `208f1a69`.

Owner djm81 accepted exact two-selector mapping
`sha256:8f07b2b300326ff199daed499240b6875d947c6431518ececf52fec3b3a160a0`;
the genuine record is committed. [Native authored
RED](https://github.com/nold-ai/specfact-cli/actions/runs/38297691150),
artifact `11769210296`, has two real failures, zero
errors/skips/findings, gate pass and red maturity. The wrong-job-key
draft fixture is discarded. Workflow implementation follows retained
native RED; test bytes, mapping and acceptance remain unchanged. The
unchanged provenance validator passes for literal final SHA
`208f1a69674031f7be986f2d332571f4b23157ac`.

## How Has This Been Tested?

- Both actual workflow shell/Git controls pass, including
ordinary/non-planning ancestry, valid native ancestry, unrelated trust,
trust newer than review, malformed identity, unrelated planning and
evidence newer than candidate.
- Forty-one focused neighboring security/planning/native-stack/promotion
tests pass in 10.31 seconds.
- Full smart suite: 3,311 passed, 10 skipped, two existing dependency
deprecation warnings, 212.73 seconds. Real JUnit independently has 3,321
cases and zero failures/errors. Console failure/timeout diagnostics are
expected output of passing negative smart-test harness tests. Raw
logs/JUnit are preserved. All 760 tracked verification inputs match
before/after.
- Format, canonical zero-error typing, lint, actual actionlint/workflow
shell lint, contracts, documentation, strict OpenSpec and clean direct
mapping YAML lint pass. Existing 1,522 type warnings and unrelated
repository-wide mapping/archive YAML diagnostics are disclosed.
- Three frozen Python audits, dependency trust, licenses, independent
Semgrep, blocking Bandit, strict four-manifest signatures, lock/export
parity, frozen delivery, version sources and strict PyPI-ahead pass. No
module payload/manifest changes or dependency resolver churn.
- Local SpecFact review has zero new findings. Three unchanged
promotion-fixture naming/structure advisories match independently
measured protected-base analysis and are explicitly retained; the new
authored controls have zero findings.
- `0.55.8` bugfix declarations, root lock version and generated
promotion fixture are synchronized; frozen export payload matches the
parent.

### Test Environment

Dedicated frozen CPython 3.12 worktree and reviewed immutable
module/documentation fixtures. Hosted Python 3.11–3.13 delivery and
independent Requirements consumers remain mandatory on the final signed
head.

## Checklist

- [x] Verified protected baseline, actual native failure and issue
metadata
- [x] Spec → tests → real native RED → implementation → local GREEN
- [x] Exact genuine owner acceptance, signed commits and authorized
verified-head grants
- [x] Full local security, quality, review, signature and release-input
gates
- [x] Final exact-head hosted Requirements, authority, all required CI
and completed external review
- [ ] Separate owner protected integration authorization after all
required checks pass
- [ ] Fresh sequential root/child validation after protected integration

## Quality Gates Status

Current signed head: `208f1a69674031f7be986f2d332571f4b23157ac`. Normal
hooks and exact-SHA retained-proof provenance pass. No fabricated
acceptance, rewritten report, disabled analyzer, relaxed trust boundary
or skipped required gate. All required current-head checks pass. Native
final run 38299339592 reports verified maturity with no findings;
authority run 38299339668 passes. CodeRabbit explicitly covers 208f1a6
and reports no actionable findings. GitHub reports CLEAN/MERGEABLE, with
zero unresolved threads. Mapping/grant approval does not authorize
merging.

## Stack

Unblocks native stack #759: `dev ← #719 security implementation ← #743
workflow planning ← #751 roadmap planning`. Leave all three unmerged.
Protected workflow object equality intentionally blocks stale parent
controls; after reviewed integration, re-author current-base #719 proof
and restack both planning children. Synchronize pending #719 to the next
available patch if this protected `0.55.8` metadata merges. Deferred
module/runtime proposals remain planning.

Rollback retains captured target heads and genuine proof, restores the
coherent workflow/version patch, and uses exact force-with-lease
protection for any branch restoration. Archive completed OpenSpec only
after merge and follow-up validation.

## Contract-First Testing Evidence

Signed specification precedes corrected signed authored head
`908bc3ad40f318e58e3596960be05335058f440e`. Genuine native RED
run38314212556/artifact11776331094 reproduces two finalized-proof
failures after the ordinary positive control passes; zero
errors/skips/findings. Superseded run38313685016 failed a trusted-core
import and is excluded from behavioral proof. Owner djm81 accepted

and authorized verified exact-head grants.

Ordinary approved RED/legacy final contexts remain accepted. Synthetic
boundary fixtures are test inputs, never published execution proof.

`0af9e8a14160498124e115e79ff0426291d32ee8eb5e54311b2101dea88318fd`
remains unchanged through the current head.

## How Has This Been Tested?

Current signed head `a692169a36f534c81cadff65ec42c0945a25e3e0` documents
ten helper validation boundaries. Executable AST excluding docstrings is
unchanged; all13 helper functions have docstrings. It corrects the
real55.56% docstring warning without changing the80% threshold.
CodeRabbit genuinely completed the preceding364dd781 review with no new
actionable comments and zero unresolved threads; CodeRabbit completed
current-head review at23:17:45UTC on2026-10-12, with no actionable
comments and zero unresolved threads. Hosted docstring coverage now
passes92.59% against the unchanged80% threshold.

The complete local suite passes:3314 tests, nine skips, zero
failures/errors in197.049s; all787 tracked inputs match the validated
candidate snapshot. One previously skipped version-matches-HEAD check
now runs and passes. Format/lint/YAML/contracts and frozen local
helper/test review pass with zero findings. Canonical typing remains
zero errors/1522 protected-baseline warnings. Normal signed hooks and
literal-current-head retained-RED provenance pass. Existing frozen
delivery/version/audit/trust/license/signature/security inputs and
required policies remain intact; hosted gates run again on this exact
head.

Actual root archive11773232592/run38306990823 matches its genuine
service digest and passes both transport integrity and the frozen
provider final-context reader, preserving root57f51829/report bytes.
This local compatibility probe does not replace native child proof.
Fixed argv, literal executable/hostname and internal repository/numeric
routes refute the tool's shell-injection warning; independent security
gates remain required.

Historical native final run38316675410/artifact11777665252 and all
required CI passed at364dd781. Current-head producer/execution/final all
pass in run38321075799. Final artifact11778328718 verifies service

exact sourceRef/final stage, verified/pass/no proof findings and two
passing controls. Authority run38321075557 passes its normal second
attempt after verified djm81 grant6134427051. All13 effective required
checks pass with exact expected integration IDs; all43 checks have37
success/six existing configured skips. All six PR commit signatures
verify; GitHub reports CLEAN/MERGEABLE. Current-head CodeRabbit review
is completed and the docstring check passes. Separate merge
authorization remains required. Three unchanged promotion-fixture
advisories retain their explicit protected-baseline exception in TDD
evidence; no new findings or suppressions are accepted.

artifacts and incomplete final proof. Retain protected helper trust,
immutable provider pins, complete review scope and all
authority/signature/execution checks. Rollback restores captured
signed364dd781 using an exact lease; backup branch
`codex/backup-planning-review-364` and coherent dependency/version
artifacts are retained.
