The specify flow does not consistently suggest useful diagrams for behavioral flows, conceptual relationships, or system boundaries.

Solution
Connect specification authoring to the existing diagram-design skill and add conditional guidance to source instructions, distributed instructions, the feature template, and published agent documentation. Keep business-facing diagrams technology-independent and omit visuals that add no clarity. The template adoption note also covers the preceding plain-language PR.
