[specify] Encourage diagrams in specs #35
Description
Diagrams improve the clarity of feature specs. Guide the specify flow to include diagrams where they add value.
Acceptance criteria
- Spec guidance recommends diagrams (for example Mermaid) for flows, data models, and architecture.
- Ties into the existing diagram-design skill.

Implementation verified, pending merge.
Added conditional diagram guidance to the specify agent, source and distributed spec instructions, and feature template. It uses the existing diagram-design skill, keeps business specs technology-independent, and avoids mandatory diagrams or empty sections.
Validation:
npm --prefix docs run buildpassed with 40 pages, andgit diff --checkpassed. Changed Markdown has no new lint diagnostics compared with HEAD.Branch:
