Move auth and email packages under api

The auth and email packages now live under org.patinanetwork.patchats.api, next to the existing api.member package. This puts every feature area in the same place.

What moved

• org.patinanetwork.patchats.auth (controller, service, token generator, rate limiter, exceptions, DTOs, repos, and the security subpackage) is now org.patinanetwork.patchats.api.auth.
• org.patinanetwork.patchats.email (controller, enqueue/drainer/progress/template services, sender implementations, renderers, DTOs, and the db models and repos) is now org.patinanetwork.patchats.api.email.
• The matching test classes moved with them. The email request mock JSON files now sit in src/test/java/.../api/email/mocks.

Code touched by the move

• Classes outside these packages that import from them now use the new paths. These are MemberController, MemberControllerTest, and ApiExceptionHandler, which imports the auth exceptions.
• SecurityWiringTest and the other tests import from the new locations.
• Import blocks were re-sorted to keep the original alphabetical ordering.

Docs

• File paths and links in docs/auth-feature.md, docs/email-feature.md, and the docs/email-async/* pages now point to the new locations. This includes the mock-JSON directory referenced in the SendEmailRequest Javadoc.

Notes for reviewers

• Only package names, imports, and file locations changed. No runtime behavior, endpoints, or logic were altered. Git should show these as renames, so use rename detection when reviewing.
• Any open branches that touch auth or email files will need to rebase and update their imports.
