Stacked on #74. Switches
firehose-tracerfrom the git branch to the crates.io release5.7.0, which includes streamingfast/evm-firehose-tracer-rs#38 and #40 (bindings with the Keystore account changes of EIP-8130). No code changes here; Base fills the new fields.
