Stacked on #35. Traces the Keystore account changes of EIP-8130 (enabled by Zenith) instead of stopping the node:

• OpPreTxAdjust maps create entries (user salt, code, initial actors) and config change entries (channel, sequence, changes with their ABI payloads, admin auth) into account_changes, per Add the Keystore account changes to the account abstraction model firehose-ethereum#264.
• A sender that signs with a P-256, WebAuthn or delegate authenticator has its authenticator || data in sender_auth, and empty v/r/s. Before, the last 65 bytes of that blob were read as a secp256k1 signature.
• Base verifies the canonical authenticators natively, so no EVM call runs outside the calls; the Keystore storage writes, the created account's code and the AccountCreated / ActorAuthorized logs are journal writes recorded on the root call by the existing path.
• New tests on a genesis with Zenith: a created account (entry, code change, Keystore writes and logs on the root call), a config change that authorizes a P-256 actor which signs the same transaction, a Local-channel batch that authorizes then revokes an actor (both changes and both logs), and a WebAuthn sender whose sender_auth is recorded as signed.

The dependencies are the same as #35: firehose-tracer 5.7.0 (which already has the Keystore bindings, streamingfast/evm-firehose-tracer-rs#40) and the reth tag base-v2.5.2.8-fh3.1-2.
