) Docker image workflow: #86 bumped sigstore/cosign-installer to `@v4`, but that repo publishes no floating major tag (only v4.0.0, v4.1.x), so every push to main failed with "Unable to resolve action sigstore/cosign-installer@v4". Pin v4.1.2. v4 still installs the cosign v2.4.1 the workflow asks for. E2E "bulk select → assign web group": the test waited for the admins.bulk response, then called .json(). With no rehash SIDs the page reloads as soon as the action resolves, so the body could be gone ("Protocol error (Network.getResponseBody): No resource with given identifier found"). Read the real response inside a page.route handler and fulfill the page with it.
