Generates the screenshots the docs site (#2790) embeds, instead of hand-made ones that go stale. A Playwright config captures them from the in-browser demo project and from Storybook stories, in light and dark, into docs/static/img/fw-lite/.

The images are committed so the docs build needs nothing from the viewer. The PNG names are the contract with the doc pages; the README maps each to its section. No doc page embeds them yet: that goes with #2790 (or after it), using Docusaurus ThemedImage for the light/dark pair.
Side effect: Storybook now initialises the locale, so the language picker reads "English" instead of "Unknown: default" in every story.
Evidence
Before: no way to produce doc screenshots other than by hand; the home screen could not be rendered without the .NET host. After:task docs:screenshots passes 16/16 locally and writes all 26 images. Samples:

Covers the screens the FW Lite docs name: the home screen logged in and
out (via a new home-view story that fakes the project and auth services),
the project context menu, the Synchronize dialog in its four states and
the Lexbox tab (from the sync-primitive stories), the view options
popover, Help & More, and a read-only project.
Storybook now sets the app language on load, like main.ts does, so the
language picker shows "English" instead of "Unknown: default".

The Storybook preview now loads the locale the way main.ts does, which
imports `en.po?lingui`. The vitest storybook project listed its plugins
explicitly without lingui, so every story test failed to parse that
import in CI. Also install Chromium before the docs screenshot run, like
the other Playwright scripts do.
