Docusaurus site under docs/ with a FieldWorks Lite user guide (including an interactive "How sync works" explainer with linkable questions), a Lexbox guide for lexbox.org and Send/Receive users, and technical docs on how the system works (architecture, Harmony sync, the FwHeadless merge). Developer setup and CI/CD stay in the repo. Every UI label and behavior claim was checked against the viewer, lexbox.org and backend code. docs/AGENTS.md maps product areas to pages and holds the writing rules; the root and area AGENTS.md files point agents at it so the docs change in the same PR as the product. docs.yaml builds and typechecks on PRs and deploys to GitHub Pages from develop. Awesome! I wanted screenshots, so now we generate them #2803 I think the Getting started should make it obvious that you need a FLEx project on lexbox and link to setting up that project. Right now the getting started page is written to an editor, not a manager. It would be nice if this page (or maybe another?) could replace our FW Lite beta invite doc. |

these existing files are dev docs, not user docs. Either move them into a dev docs folder, or put the docs site into a docs site folder, mixing them together into one folder is confusing
