CI: build every example and boot it in PCSX-Redux - #2
Every example builds against nugget, pinned as a submodule at 4828df55, and boots in PCSX-Redux under OpenBIOS. Built with BOOK_CI=true, an example prints a BOOK-PASS line and exits; ci/run-examples.sh grades on that line and fails any examples/*/ it does not list. Without the flag the hook compiles away.
First example is frames (chapter 3). Locally: PASS with the flag (count=120 rate=60), exit 124 at the timeout without it.

📝 Summary
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added a frame-count example that displays the frame rate and elapsed time.
Chores
Added automated checks that build OpenBIOS and examples, then run the examples in PCSX-Redux.
Added the Nugget subproject and build configuration for examples.
Added an MIT license and exclusions for generated build files.
Added CI reporting that confirms whether an example passes or fails.
This change adds shared build settings, a frame-count example, and CI that builds and runs configured examples in PCSX-Redux.
Adds the Nugget submodule reference, shared example build settings, generated-file ignore patterns, and an MIT license.
Frame-count example ci/ci.hh, examples/frames/Makefile, examples/frames/frames.cpp
Adds the frames executable. It displays frame count, refresh rate, and elapsed time, then reports a CI pass after the frame count reaches twice the refresh rate.
CI build and example checks .github/workflows/build.yml, ci/run-examples.sh
Adds a workflow that builds OpenBIOS and examples, then runs configured examples in PCSX-Redux. The script checks exit status and matching pass output. It reports missing executables and unlisted example directories as failures.

The runner checks only the exit code and the presence of a matching line. It does not compare count with 2 * rate. An executable can therefore report count=0 and still pass. The current frames example prevents this output, so this is a coverage gap, not a current runtime failure.
Apply the numeric check only to frames so other examples can use their own success-line formats.

Review comment at @ci/run-examples.sh around lines 49 - 54:
Update the success check in the runner after `line` is extracted to validate the
`frames` example’s reported `count` is at least twice its `rate`, and fail if
its success line does not match the expected format. Apply this numeric check
only when `name` is `frames`; preserve the existing exit-code and matching-line
checks for all examples.
