Update eligible runtime and development dependencies together: Zod 4.6.7, Vitest/V8 coverage 5.0.5, Oxfmt 0.73.0, Oxlint 1.88.0, and CodeQL 4.39.0. This consolidates #239, #240, and #241; every selected version clears the repository's 48-hour release-age policy, and the published Node 22 runtime floor is unchanged.
Add a guarded Release workflow dry run so the merged branch can exercise its install, validation, build, and package checks without npm or GitHub publication. Manual dispatch defaults to dry-run mode, validates the selected workflow ref against the supplied current version, and skips both publishing steps; tag-triggered releases retain their behavior. Document the command and record the updates in the changelog.
Validation: actionlint passed; independent P0–P2 review found no actionable issues. The Hetzner Crabbox gate passed frozen install, typecheck, lint, formatting, coverage (970 passed, 2 skipped), build, and package smoke.
