Preserve bounded mechanism receipts, source/reuse and multi-identity compatibility analysis, provisional sizing, consumer adoption mapping and the approved HLD preimage. Keep the canonical LLD uncreated and native platform/namespace proof gates unresolved.

Clarify the historical approved-byte references after status reconciliation. Mark the absent external reserved-blueprint locator as historical and unverified; do not infer a replacement or alter OmegaFlow.

Validation: current-agent scoped review, UTF-8/JSON/local links, original proof and preimage hashes, provisional estimate arithmetic and explicit unfinished-readiness checks. No production code, new qualification, LLD approval or delivery authorization.
