Retain completed E1.1 through E2.2 and divide the remaining E work into eight dependency-ordered slices with explicit contracts, acceptance checks and separate production/test estimates. Preserve the prior design and bounded investigation evidence.

Reconcile actual maintainer approval status and refresh the supported design attestation. Keep public mapped guards and F/G qualification boundaries; include no consumer or OmegaFlow work.

Validation: current-agent candidate review, exact estimate checks, local links, recursive stamp closure and excluded-work preservation.
