Description
Many packages
micro-ROS:rollingdepended on have been updated while the build for embedded targets hasn't. This PR tries to fix these builds.Some additional flags and
COLCON_IGNOREs are enough to patch some issues, however, the main problem comes from ros2/rosidl#942, whereros2:rosidladded a hard dependency on C++ with exceptions, and needs to be fixed upstream. An issue was opened for this: ros2/rosidl#1002.
