…ph 0.12.1 Memory hand-back fixes from #636 and #637: - Claude Code: hand-back writes only to each repository's memory folder, and replaces a native file only when the graph's copy descends from it. user/feedback memories go back to the folders they came from. Import keeps same-named memories from different projects apart. - Codex: graph memories go back as ad-hoc notes Codex consolidates. The switch has its own backup and drops a [memories] table it created. The Codex summary is imported as a reference file, and Codex files keep their line endings. - setup hands back every named agent before changing the shared memory.backend. sessions-graph 0.12.1 adds MemoryStore.written_in, which the hub's Claude Code hand-back calls. So the hub's sessions-graph floors (connectors.py, setup/tool.py) rise to 0.12.1, and its own floor to 0.12.1. Toolkit 0.2.5. The plugins' install floors follow once these are on PyPI.

…ph 0.12.1 They are on PyPI, so the plugins' bootstrap scripts and install.sh/install.ps1 now ask for them, in step with the hub's own install floors (#638). The hub's Claude Code memory hand-back needs sessions-graph 0.12.1. Plugin 0.5.5.
