The contact-form guide links to a server-headers page that is not included in this reusable module. Consumers without that page fail Hugo's link validation, including gethinode/hinode#2277.

Use the published server-headers URL, consistent with other links to site documentation.

Validation:

• Reproduced Hinode PR #2277's CI example-site failure before the change.
• The same example-site CI build passes with a temporary module replacement containing this fix; verified the rendered guide links to the published URL.
• Hinode pnpm test passes.
• mod-docs pnpm test, changed-file Markdown lint, and git diff --check pass; commit hooks passed.
• Independent review: no findings.
• Full mod-docs lint reports 21 existing issues in content/blocks/preview.md, content/blocks/testimonials.md, and content/components/testimonial.md; all three files are unchanged from main.

After this fix is released, update Hinode PR #2277 to the resulting mod-docs version.
