Raises SDK dependency floors in samples and generated projects to avoid Robot rejection of older uipath versions.
Changes:
- Sets 18 samples to require
uipath>=2.14.41. - Makes scaffolds use the installed SDK version as their floor, retaining the minor-version cap and strengthening the guard test.
- Bumps the SDK release to
2.14.42.

…t uipath release [ROBO-6168] The Robot refuses jobs below uipath 2.14.25. Samples declared a bare uipath, which an existing lock or venv never moves forward; they now ask for >=2.14.41. The scaffold floors at the installed release instead of 2.14.0, and greeter's lock is regenerated.

uipath< 2.14.25 (RuntimeBelowMinimumVersion, ROBO-6168). The samples declared a bareuipath, which means "any version", not "latest": a fresh resolve gets the newest, an existing lock or venv keeps whatever it has. That is how the thread'sadderran on 2.11.19.What
