What changed in this PR
Raises sample and CLI scaffold dependency floors to avoid Robot-rejected package versions, complementing #1169’s template refresh.
Changes:
- Updates dependency floors across 28 samples and removes outdated caps.
- Sets generated projects’ minimum SDK version to the installed release and strengthens the guard test.
- Bumps the SDK version to
0.18.48.

…ipath releases [ROBO-6168] The Robot refuses jobs below uipath 2.14.25 and uipath-langchain 0.17.7. Four samples capped below that; the rest declared no bound, which an existing lock or venv never moves forward. They now ask for uipath-langchain>=0.18.46 and uipath>=2.14.41, caps dropped. The scaffold already writes >=0.18.0 and stays as it is.

The Robot refuses a Python job on
uipath< 2.14.25 oruipath-langchain< 0.17.7 (ROBO-6168). Four samples capped at<2.14.0/<0.15.0(the ones flagged on #1169); the other 24 declared no bound, which means "any version", not "latest": an existing lock or venv never moves forward.What
uipath-langchain>=0.18.46,uipath>=2.14.41where declared, caps dropped.
