  • Adds incremental test-smell analysis to the VS Code extension. Saved Java test files are automatically reanalyzed, and the Problems panel and code diagnostics are refreshed with the latest tsDetect results.
  • This pull request also fixes an issue where save-related VS Code events could cancel analysis and where unresolved notifications prevented later analysis runs from starting.
