Process: Require reviewed PRs and passing CI before merge #55

Goal

Protect the main branch so production changes are reviewed and validated before merge.

Acceptance criteria

• main requires at least one non-author approval before merge.
• Required build/test/package checks must pass before merge.
• Pull requests link to an issue and include a short testing note.
• Reverts include a concise explanation and a follow-up issue when applicable.

Evidence

Attach a screenshot or settings summary and demonstrate the policy with one pull request.
