Adds supplier catalog records, Addgene response parsing and client support, and explicit order and receipt records. Catalog candidates remain separate from available inventory, and supplier sequence evidence retains its source and completeness.
Validation: 215 tests passed on Python 3.12 with the optional robot SDKs installed; Ruff and mypy passed at this branch tip.
