Actor components disappearing when resetting the editor

I'm not sure what causes this issue. The only thing I've found that works for me the following:

1. Re-add the components to the blueprints
2. Duplicate the blueprint
3. Select both the corrupted blueprint and the duplicate

4. Right click and select to Asset Actions > Replace References

5. Select the duplicate and click Consolidate Assets

6. When closing the editor, save all the assets.

If this doesn't work there's also variety of things to try, this seems to be a known issue with the live-coding in particular:
