Both testnets are permanently dead upstream. Keeps the ChainId entries (marked deprecated) so downstream code referencing them still compiles, matching how Polygon zkEVM, Xai and Blast were retired. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
