Remove networks no longer served by Sequence infra - #1029

Removes Oasys Homeverse, Homeverse Testnet, B3 Sepolia, SKALE Nebula Testnet, Moonbeam and Moonbase Alpha from ChainId and ALL. None of them is served by the node-gateway any more (404 / dead upstream), so their rpcUrl was unusable. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Removes six networks from

getRpcUrl(...)name inALLwith the live network list atnodes.sequence.app/status. This follows the same approach as #1003 (Remove inactive networks), which deleted the entries outright.Breaking for consumers that reference these
ChainIdkeys. In our repos that's only wallet-webapp-v3, which referencedNetwork.ChainId.B3_SEPOLIA. Its companion PR, 0xsequence/wallet-webapp-v3#378, removes that reference and should merge first.The v2 SDK got the equivalent non-breaking change (deprecate and disable) in #1028.
