…space crates too - devshell cache keyed on dev never saved since the branch move: every job refetched the toolchain from cache.nixos.org - rust-cache leaves workspace members out by design; sccache fills that gap from the same GHA cache (CARGO_INCREMENTAL=0 so its artifacts are cacheable) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The `Each feature compiles` job passes `--lib --bins --tests` to cargo-hack, and cargo-hack refuses `--lib` on a package with no library target, so it fails on `zingod` (binary only). It never ran on `main` before (it was `dev`-only), which is why this surfaced only now.
`--all-targets` checks whatever targets each package has; verified locally across all 28 packages.
