新增 Express、Koa、@leizm/web、H3 的真实 HTTP 接入开销对照，比较原生路由、同等 Zod 校验和 erest，输出吞吐、延迟分位数、每请求 CPU、内存快照与轮间波动。支持 macOS/Linux，报告可由本地生成的 JSON 重新生成。

本 PR 只包含五个 benchmark 脚本、使用说明和结果忽略规则。评测 JSON/CSV/HTML、CPU/堆剖析文件和优化实验均不随工具提交。

验证：

• Apple M2 / Node.js 24.22.1 完成四框架、50 并发 POST、每组 7 轮，共 84 次采样，HTTP/网络错误为 0；临时结果已删除。
• 删除前已核对采样脚本 SHA-256，并成功重新生成 HTML/CSV/JSON 汇总。
• 最终文件树与确认过的 24c91d7 一致；待最新 CI 完成后合入。
