Adds Codex Scan to the World Chain block explorers page, between Blockscout and Dora to keep the sections alphabetical.
Codex Scan is a free multichain block explorer with decoded transactions, contracts, tokens and wallets, backed by Codex's indexed onchain data. It is live on World Chain mainnet.
