Add a named Strata provider to Streamlit and the browser UI. The local application uses port 8080 directly; the browser reuses the existing origin-restricted loopback bridge on the already permitted port 1234. Explicit ?provider=strata launch links preserve drafts and study data.
Validation: the real Python client discovered the IQ3_S model and returned the requested marker. Python compilation, JavaScript syntax and curriculum export passed. Windows: 111 tests passed; three existing POSIX file-mode assertions failed because Windows does not expose these mode bits. Full Linux CI is required before merge. No private configuration, prompts, credentials, progress or model files are included.
