Ignore the removed Ozone hint when selecting HUD dragging.

On Electron 43, --ozone-platform-hint=x11 no longer selects X11. If a Wayland user retains that flag, this function reports X11. electron/windows.ts then selects the setBounds() drag path, which cannot move the Wayland HUD. Remove this lookup and update the hint test in electron/gpuSwitches.test.ts. (github.com)

Review comment at @electron/gpuSwitches.ts at line 36:
Remove the `getOzoneSwitchValue` lookup for `ozone-platform-hint` from
`normalizeLinuxWindowSystem` selection so HUD dragging uses the actual detected
window system; update the corresponding hint test in `gpuSwitches.test.ts` to
reflect that this flag no longer selects X11.

Remove the OZONE_PLATFORM backend fallback.

Electron 43 does not use OZONE_PLATFORM to select the Ozone backend. With XDG_SESSION_TYPE=wayland and OZONE_PLATFORM=x11, this helper selects the X11 HUD drag path while Electron uses Wayland. Remove this lookup. Update the tests so OZONE_PLATFORM does not override the session type.

Remove the env.OZONE_PLATFORM fallback from the backend selection that calls
normalizeLinuxWindowSystem, so the session type remains authoritative when no
Ozone command-line switch is present. Update the related tests to verify that
OZONE_PLATFORM does not override the session type.

Align the fallback with Electron’s X11 selection.

When XDG_SESSION_TYPE is unset and WAYLAND_DISPLAY is set, Electron selects X11, but isLinuxX11Session returns false. The HUD then enables -webkit-app-region: drag, and the main-process drag handler skips setBounds(). The HUD cannot move on X11.

Update the fallback in isLinuxX11Session to report an X11 session when
XDG_SESSION_TYPE is unset, matching Electron’s selection even when
WAYLAND_DISPLAY is set; preserve the existing handling of explicitly forced
window systems.
