Prepares version 0.1.15 with the restore-selector spacing and mobile safe-area fixes from #31 and the dependency updates from #30.

Release metadata

• Set the package, lockfile, and plug-in manifest to 0.1.15.
• Record 0.1.15 in versions.json; the minimum supported Obsidian version remains 1.8.7.
• Finalise the release notes in updates.md.

Verification

• Merged changes passed CI, real-Obsidian layout/restore scenarios, and maintainer build verification.
• Release metadata consistency checks, npm run test:release, and the production build passed.
• CI and the release workflow passed for release commit faa2b940e76476965f39e841b8878834c9442d57.
• Published main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css were downloaded and their SHA-256 hashes matched the local production build. The runtime bundle and styles also match the build verified by the maintainer.

Publication

• Publish the immutable 0.1.15 tag initially as a pre-release.
• Verify the published assets before stable promotion.
• Promote the verified release to latest stable, then merge this release commit.

Released as 0.1.15.
