Summary
New CLI app registrations require a usable HTTP(S) URL. If an older registration has no usable URL, keep the existing key for its integrations and use a project-specific
VANA_APP_KEYfor a replacement app.First-time and resumed claims stop before offering an unusable link. Account-confirmed ownership still returns success.
