Right now, a release path within an Updatecli manifest is relative to where the Updatecli command was executed or relative to the scm repository. While it works in most of the cases, sometimes it's a bit confusing
why a file doesn't exist.
Solution you'd like
By default relative path should be relative to the Updatecli manifest similarly to Updatecli compose file unless a scm is specified which in this case should be relative to the scm directory
