Declares unmango/terraform-provider-atproto, a Terraform/OpenTofu provider for AT Protocol records with Tangled resources.
It is the source that the Crossplane (Upjet) and Pulumi providers will be generated from.

Required checks match the provider's CI jobs, build and codegen, as for terraform-provider-netgear.

After merge, the deploy creates the repository with the usual MIT LICENSE commit on main.
The provider source is ready locally and goes in as the first PR on top of that commit.
