docs(static): refresh deposit page for v7 UI

Problem description

The /static/deposit page described the old XMLUI submission flow ("My Account" panel, "Start another submission", "Next", "Complete Submission", "Save & Exit") and showed XMLUI screenshots. It also did not say how to start a new version from the v7 UI. Related to #128.

Analysis

Updated src/static-files/deposit.html and src/static-files/cs/deposit.html to match the v7 submission form.

• Replaced the 10 screenshots in src/assets/images/static-pages/ with v7 captures. Filenames are unchanged, so no image src changed.
• Updated the step text in both languages:
  • Login button in the header, Submissions in the left sidebar, the "+" (New submission) button on Your submissions
  • "Select type of your resource" dropdown instead of type buttons
  • Removed the "Next" references (v7 is one form with sections)
  • Upload text uses the v7 drop zone wording. Removed the old upload dialog sentences ("Start Upload", "OK"), which no longer exist in v7
  • "Distribution License Agreement", "Click to accept" / "Accepted"
  • Note field location, section status icons, "Deposit" / "Save for later"
• Added one sentence on starting a new version: the version icon on the item page, or Create new version in Your submissions.
• UI wording comes from en.json5 / cs.json5 and the backend submission forms. It was checked on a local v7 stack as a non-admin submitter.
• Page structure is unchanged. All image, figure, step id and link tags stay the same. #license_selector is still attached to the same image.

Validated with:

• yarn run lint --quiet — passes
• yarn run build:prod — exit 0
• Local stack: both EN and CS render all 9 steps and all 10 images

Czech wording needs a native speaker. Please review:

• "klikněte na 'Klikněte pro přijetí'" (license accept step) reads awkwardly
• The Deposit button is "Nahrát" in Czech, which reads like "upload" and clashes with the "Nahrát soubory" section
• New version intro sentence
• Login step ("v pravém horním rohu stránky")
• "Po přihlášení", "v menu vlevo" (start of submission)
• "rozpracované a archivované záznamy", "Klikněte na tlačítko '+'" (Your submissions)
• "Formulář má několik sekcí", "ve kterých" (form overview)
• "Vyberte jednu z možností v rozevíracím seznamu" (type selection)
• "Dále", "pokračujte sekcí" (describe step)
• "V sekci", "tuto sekci přeskočit", "oblasti v horní části formuláře" (upload step)
• "Do pole … v sekci … pod sekcí" (note step)
• "Před vložením zkontrolujte ikonu u názvu každé sekce", "Zelená / Oranžová nebo červená značka", "např. není vyplněno povinné pole" (submit step)
• "Jakmile kliknete na" (final step)
• OPEN License Selector — CS UI button says "Výběr licence", page and caption say "OPEN License Selector"

How to test: open /static/deposit, switch to Czech with the header flag, then open /static/faq and click "OPEN License Selector". It should land on Step 6 of the deposit page.

Out of scope: the lindat.cz FAQ #new-version section still shows the XMLUI flow (separate task under #128).

@kuchtiak-ufal already did a review and said "Looks good to me". but I am not sure if it was also for all Czech translation changes.
& u r absolutely right about the concern for small screens and how the images will look there. I will try to make it better and will add the ss if required

Good catch,
so the fix is applied with just 2 lines
1 issue on small screens is that the images shrinks too much so the text in the images can be too hard to read
in that case I am trusting users to zoom-in
