Mostly to fix ua-parser#318 (publication of builtins has stopped), by bumping gh-action-pypi-publish to 1.14.2 which bumps twine to version 7, which is compatible with metadata 2.5, which is what hatchling now produces. But also might fix zizmor's complaints about pins, idk, there's nothing locally...
