Flawed class definitions under Python 3.11 #1

Python 3.6 is indicated as a requirement which is somewhat restrictive. Code is flawed under Python 3.11. This is due to use of commas to delineate attributes in classes AstronomyEventCode and MoonPhase (and potentially others)
