Why

Thelia 3.4 can send an export of the back office by e-mail on a schedule. Merchants need to know how to set a report up, how the shop gets it sent, and what happens to a large file.

What

In docs/ (Next) only: the published versions stay as they are until the release.

  • features/scheduled-reports.md: what a report is, the periods and frequencies, the key figures, the three ways to run the sending (the shop schedule, one WebScheduler task, a cron line), sending one report now, large files and their signed link, duplicates and retries, security, and how an export adds its own key figures.
  • reference/cli/report_send_due.md and reference/cli/report_mail.md, listed in reference/cli/index.md.
  • THELIA_SCHEDULE_REPORT_MAILS in reference/background-jobs.md and getting-started/configuration.md.

Core pull request: thelia/thelia#4295. Theme pull requests: thelia-templates/default-twig#200, thelia-templates/email#24.

Tests

npm run build passes, with no broken link in these pages.

…ort, and that removed recipients and failed sends count in the retries
