Adds Persian (Farsi), following the French localization in #1341: CodeApp/Localization/fa.lproj/Localizable.strings (all 194 strings) and InfoPlist.strings (photo library usage description), registered in Code.xcodeproj the same way as the other languages.

Git, SSH/SFTP and language names (Python, Node.js, LaTeX and so on) stay in English where they are technical terms. iOS has no Persian interface, so iOS feature names stay in English as iOS shows them.

Checks: plutil -lint passes on both files, and every key, format specifier and line break matches the English file. I did not run a full build, which needs the prebuilt frameworks from downloadFrameworks.sh. An iOS Simulator build of the project got through project loading and package resolution before stopping at the missing NMSSH.xcframework.

AI disclosure: the translation was drafted with AI (Gemini 3.8 Flash in Antigravity, with Claude Code for building the files) and checked with automated validation: placeholders, line breaks, Persian letter forms and right-to-left text direction. I am a native Persian speaker.
