Why this change
Adds a two-week dependency cooldown (
exclude-newer = "2 weeks"), so uvskips package versions published in the last 14 days and a freshly
published malicious release doesn't reach
uv.lock. Exempt packagesskip the window:
temporalioin repositories that track SDK releases,and any package whose declared minimum is newer than two weeks, until
its dated entry is removed. The lock was regenerated with uv 0.12.12;
the summary below lists each exemption and any downgrade.
To verify:
uv lock --lockedpasses and CI is green. This needs uv0.9.17 or later (0.9.25 or later if the PR adds an
exclude-newer-packageexemption); older uv ignores[tool.uv]withonly a warning, and
uv sync --lockedfails.To take a newer version sooner, for example an urgent fix, add
exclude-newer-package = { <name> = false }with a comment and removeit once every file of that version is two weeks old. If this change doesn't fit the
repository, close the PR with
/camper closeand say why.Finding
