feat(docs): link SOC 2 audit badge to Trust Center

Adds the supplied neutral SOC 2 Type II badge to the existing Docs footer and links to the Tangle Trust Center. It preserves the footer layout, Contact link, Discord banner, and same-tab behavior.

Node 22 and the declared Yarn 4.7 immutable install/build passed. Real Chromium desktop/mobile rendering loaded the exact reviewed SVG and Trust Center href, rendered it at 148x54, and showed no horizontal overflow. Root opened both screenshots. This is a footer-only source change; production publication is verified separately after merge.

Both captures use the declared Node 22 / Yarn 4.7 build and its dist output. Browser checks confirmed the 148×54 SVG, exact Trust Center destination, and no horizontal overflow.

Netlify production deployment 6abed4f4ec9b010008d7a77b is ready and published at the merged revision. Authenticated current-production file reads confirmed the same badge bytes (SHA-256 31cff638fbcfb554bb3786f55c30852135548432a56d5cae89eb6ebecc44fef7) and the exact Trust link in the published homepage. The published deployment stayed unchanged during capture.

Final public-browser playback is unverified: automated requests are blocked by Cloudflare 1010 and the computer-use service is unavailable. These images are the actual local build, not screenshots claimed from the public deployment.
