docs(docs): align entry points with hosted assistants

Summary

• Make the docs landing and vision introduction describe hosted business assistants as Tangle's current product direction, with the hospitality request-to-resolution flow explicitly in preview.
• Show Sandbox and Router as live developer entry points. Keep Agent Builder as a non-clickable preview row until its current marketplace site has a real hosted-assistant entry. Keep Blueprint Agent distinct as the browser coding workspace.
• Remove the landing diagram and universal protocol/evaluation claims that presented a future operator path as the default current route. Align the docs tab title, Router navigation label, and central AI page.

This addresses contradiction inventory items 2 and 3, and the misleading docs link in item 5. Product-specific Router routing claims remain a separate follow-up with that product owner. Drew's P3 hierarchy and claim approval is pending; keep this PR in draft and do not deploy it until that review is complete.

• corepack yarn install --immutable, targeted Prettier check, and corepack yarn build passed. The static export built 289 pages and Pagefind indexed 247 pages.
• Headless Chromium loaded the local landing, Router, vision, and AI pages with HTTP 200 and no horizontal overflow. The landing has no Agent Builder link to the current marketplace.
• Live /sandbox and /gateway URLs returned HTTP 200; that check establishes served docs pages, not a complete hosted buyer flow.
• Fetched origin/main; git merge-tree --write-tree origin/main HEAD succeeded. Pre-commit and pre-push hooks passed.
