test(capture): remove obsolete unbound owner deletion expectation

Change

Remove the obsolete positive mock row that expects owner deletion without a dispatched native control reference.
Its logical ID also differs from the recorded owner input ID.
Remove the dead branches attached to that row.
Preserve all four negative refusal controls.
Execution source and validation are unchanged.

Actual proof

The immutable managed consumer run i already proved deletion with both exact identities:
all 3,766 native files verified, root and child automatically absent, checkpoint cleanup confirmed.
Failed f/g and preserved h evidence remain retained.
