samples(list_jobs): also print JobItem.status_notes alongside notes

Motivation

#1852 added a structured list[dict] status_notes attribute on JobItem for modern job types (extract refresh v2 and later). The list_jobs.py sample from #1843 still only printed the legacy list[str] notes attribute, so running the sample against a live server never exercised the new parser.

Behavior

Sample only. Both fields print in the wait-for-job output:

Job <id> finished. finish_code=<code>  notes=[...]  status_notes=[...]

Same shape on the JobFailedException failure path. No library changes.
