Vincent's refresh landed on main while this branch was open and added two links to /mpg/extensions. They resolve through the redirect either way, but internal links should point at the real path.

* Move Managed Postgres to /postgres Second of three. MPG takes the /postgres path now that PR 2502 freed it. 9 pages moved from mpg/ to postgres/, the group root and 8 navigation entries repointed, 8 redirects added from /mpg*, and 31 internal links repointed across 19 files. Two pre-existing /mpg redirects had their destinations retargeted. Removes the /postgres to /unmanaged-postgres redirect carried over from PR 2502, which would otherwise shadow the new index page. The 24 other /postgres/* redirects do not collide with any MPG path and stay. * Retire the duplicate Managed Postgres overview page The old site never listed this page in its navigation and Plausible records no visits to it in the last twelve months. The Mintlify import redirected it to the index, which was right, and at the same time added it to the sidebar, which was not. This finishes the retirement. Deletes the page, drops the sidebar entry, and adds /postgres/overview to /postgres. The existing /mpg/overview redirect already covers the old URL. * Repoint the two /mpg links added by #2501 Vincent's refresh landed on main while this branch was open and added two links to /mpg/extensions.
