Summary

The npm package is still version 0.1.2, which predates the reliability fixes merged in #1. The previous installation example could therefore lead readers to install the old package while expecting the corrected behavior described later in the README.

This README-only change:

  • Adds matching Chinese/English release-status warnings above installation.
  • Documents a tested POSIX source-build path pinned to a8608cc30c8648432aa3931b70816774acc2518c.
  • Builds dist through npm test, preserves an absolute CLI path, then runs commands from the user's mini-program project directory.
  • Separates the schema-only doctor check from the explicitly labeled real upload command.
  • Explains why a direct npm GitHub install cannot replace the build steps: no tracked dist or prepare script.
  • Labels the published npm 0.1.2 installation as lacking these fixes.

Verification

  • Fresh clone and checkout of the documented commit.
  • npm ci with an explicit writable temporary cache: passed.
  • npm test: 23/23 passed, including TypeScript build and schema regeneration.
  • Absolute-path node .../bin/index.js doctor from a separate temporary project: valid synthetic configuration exited 0; invalid configuration exited 1.
  • Synthetic credential/project paths did not exist. No real upload command was run.
  • npm view miniprogram-deploy version --json: returned 0.1.2 on 2026-10-05.
  • git diff --check: passed. Only README.md changes.

Scope

No code, dependency, package version, lockfile, license, or publication changes. This validation does not establish real WeChat SDK upload compatibility.

中文说明

明确 npm 0.1.2 尚不包含已合并的修复,补充经过验证的固定提交源码构建方式,并将配置检查与真实上传步骤分开。仅修改 README,不发布 npm 新版本。
